By accessing or using the FEG Power System Units website and store ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
All products listed on the Site are permanent magnet generators and related equipment sold by FEG Power System Units. Prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors.
Orders are placed through the Site and confirmed via Telegram, where full IBAN bank transfer payment instructions are provided. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt and verification of payment. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders after 7 days of non-payment.
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and are indicative only. FEG Power is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
All products carry a manufacturer warranty as specified on the individual product page. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged goods in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. To initiate a return, contact us at freemagneticgenerator@gmail.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of FEG Power System Units or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEG Power System Units shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
